Before you write

Tell us:

• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• Your device and app version (Settings → About).
• A screenshot, if the issue is visual.

If a day count looks wrong

Include every entry and exit date in the window, whether any trip is still open, and the number the app showed against the number you expected. With those we can reproduce the count exactly. The How we count screen inside the app writes down every rule it applies, which is the fastest way to see where two counts diverge.

Your trips

There is no account. Your trips live on your phone, and they are not stored on any server we run, so we cannot look them up, restore them, or delete them for you. Uninstalling the app removes the trip database from your phone. Copies already inside a device backup are outside the app's control.

Billing

Purchases and refunds are handled by the app store you downloaded from. Apple's page for this is reportaproblem.apple.com. We can still help you find the right place.
